Limp Bizkit – Two amazing music festivals this weekend
Limp Bizkit – On Friday, July 27th, the second edition of the ’77 festival will take place, featuring some of the hottest names in alternative and punk rock. Artists playing include the Grunge era legends L7, who haven’t played a show in the province of Quebec for going on two decades – and where part of the Seattle explosion of the early 90’s that gave the music world bands like Nirvana, Pearl Jam and Soundgarden. Rise Against, Suicidal Tendencies, AFI, Me First And The Gimmie Gimmies are all set to play, as well as more than a dozen more great bands.
On Saturday and Sunday, the return of the nation’s premiere hard rock and metal festival, Heavy Montreal, will take to the park. Featuring some of the biggest names in heavy music, like the legendary Marilyn Manson and Rob Zombie, the newly added Limp Bizkit who take the place of Avenged Sevenfold who have had to cancel several dates due to an undisclosed illness within the band, Canadian rock icon Lee Aaron, Montreal’s Voivod, the hip hop sounds of Tech N9ne, Sleep, Emperor, Gojira, Baroness, Hollywood Undead as well as a plethora of artists play the two day party and tickets to both festivals are still available.
