Opening of Montreal snow tubing
Montreal Snow Tubing – If you’ve walked passed Mont-Royal lately, you will have seen the city is preparing the slope for snow tubing events and activities. The lanes will be opening right next to the toboggan hill overlooking Beaver Lake. Snow tubing is a great activity with friends and your children to get everyone outside during the long Winter season.
Daily passes for this fun activity will be available at the sports equipment rental shop, Les Amis de la Montagne, located on the ground level of the Beaver Lake Pavilion, right across from the snow tubing hill. The tubing lanes will be open Mondays through to Fridays from 10:00 a.m until 4:00 p.m, and on week-ends from 10:00 a.m until 6:00 p.m. They will be closed on December 25th and January 1st. For children between the ages of 4 and 11 years old, the activity will cost 5 $ and for children 12 years old and above, the price is set at 9$. The minimum age for snow tubing is set at 4 years old for security reasons.
