A FREE Montreal vegan festival this fall in Old Port
Montreal vegan festival – Whether you’re an avid meat eater or a proud vegan, you won’t want to miss this Montreal vegan festival coming to Montreal this fall. The 4th edition of the Montreal vegan festival will take place on November 4th and 5th at the Bonsecours market in the Old Port.
The event is a great opportunity for thousands of vegans, vegetarians, environmentalists and even veggie-curious people to discover a different way of eating as well as the health, ethical and environmental aspects of veganism.
As well as various conferences from acclaimed researches and famous vegans, there will also be cooking demos, famous vegan brands and restaurants, local community organisations and of course free tastings of delicious vegan food. For a fourth year in a row, there will be free entry to the event, the conferences, as well as cooking demos.
Special guests this 2017 edition include, Thao Bui, a local nutritionist who works at Ste-Justine hospital. Thao also holds a blog, La Végé d’à Côté, where she posts information on how to be a healthy vegan. Sébastion Kardinal will also be at the event this year. He founded the website VGZone.net where you can find all the information you need about vegan restaurants, grocery stores in Paris as well as great recipes to try out.
