Happening Gourmand is a month-long foodie experience where 9 Old Montreal restaurants offer table d’hôte brunch and dinner menus at a reduced cost. These restaurants include , Brasserie 701, Bevo Bar + Pizzéria, Kyo Bar Japonais, Maggie Oakes, Méchant Boeuf, Modavie, Taverne Gaspar, Verses Bistro, and Vieux-Port Steakhouse. Méchant Boeuf Brunch Menu at 17$
The Happening Gourmand Brunch Menu at Méchant Boeuf Brasserie consists of : your choice of one appetizer between: muesli, avocado and waffle + choice of one main between: poached egg with duck confit, breakfast poutine, stuffed crepe or steak and eggs.
While you are there, why don’t you try the smoothie bar or the bottomless mimosa option ? There is also a live DJ.

The Happening Gourmand Dinner Menu at Bevo Pizzeria consists of a 3-course “Italian feast” with : your choice of antipasti (polpette, zupa, arancino), your choice of pizza (margherita, salami, marinara ) and a dessert of the day.

Maggie Oakes Brunch Menu at 17$
The Happening Gourmand Brunch Menu at Maggie Oakes consists of : your choice of breakfast platter choice (pastries or fruits) and your choice of main between: maple smoked ham benedicts, mushroom toast or waffles.
