Some Quebec citizens feel the Quebec government have no right in forcing Quebecers in wearing face masks. Quebec Premier Francois Legault, announced Monday July 13, 2020 at his 1:00 P.M. news conference that all Quebecers will be forced to wear face masks as of July 18, 2020 in all inclosed public areas, including retail stores, bars, gyms.

24 hours later some Quebecers have started to circulate petitions online in order to over come the new July 18, 2020 rule. One of the petitions has reached an amazing 40,000 signatures of its desired 50,000.

The group is asking for the Quebec government to provide evidence that wearing a face mask will stop the spread of COVID-19 and getting infected. They believe it is violation of their freedom and rights.
