Cinema – This year we have been blessed with so many great new films in cinemas starring talented up and coming actors. One of the movies that has received a lot of attention for its spectacular performance is the musical The Greatest Showman, directed by Michael Gracey and starring Hugh Jackman, Zac Efron, Zendaya, Michelle Williams, Keala Settle and Rebecca Ferguson. The film is inspired by the true story of P.T Barnum and his creation of freak shows and the Barnum Circus. Many of the characters in the movie are inspired by real people and events, including the plot line about Jenny Lind, a talented opera singer played by Rebecca Ferguson, who sings one of the most impressive songs in the movie, “Never Enough”.

The Greatest Showman is a musical which will transport your children as well as you into the magical world of Mr Barnum and his talented artists. You will leave the cinema wanting to watch it all over again and the soundtrack will be playing in your car for the next month. The choreographies punctuate the film and you are transported to the point of forgetting you are watching a musical. The Greatest Showman will have you crying, laughing and give you an insight into the life of outlaws during in the 1870s. The film is screening in Montreal’s major cinemas, so hurry and book your tickets now, you will not regret it.
