Le Dîner en Blanc – In one month, one of the most elegant and rallying events of the summer, Le Dîner en Blanc de Montreal, is back for its 10th anniversary edition. On August 16th, more than 5,000 people will gather in 24 departure points spread out in all corners of the city. At approximately 6 :30pm, guests will commence the trek towards an unknown location, kept secret until the very last minute. Tailor- made for free-spirited individuals who love surprises, this chic picnic where guests are dressed elegantly head-to-toe in white, is one of the most visually stunning gatherings of the Montreal.
Founded on simple values such as sharing, friendship and meeting new people, Le Dîner en Blanc brings together lovers of gastronomy, fashion, and spontaneity. This « dîner », affordable yet refined, is an experience in and of itself. The nine prior editions have all taken place in some of the most popular locations of Montreal such as le Quai de l’Horloge in Montreal’s Old Port, the Place des Festivals at Quartier des spectacles, and l’Esplanade at the Olympic Stadium. This year, once again, the chosen site will be majestic and surprising, in order to celebrate with all the pomp and circumstance due the 10th anniversary edition.
Pre-registrations: Phases 1 and 2, reserved for members of prior years and their friends, opened last week. Official registrations: Phase 3, for people registered on the waiting list, will open on July 19th at noon.

Participation fees of $33 (metro) or $40 (chartered bus) per person, remain as low as possible and are to cover the fees of organizing such an event.
Please note: The invitations are sent 24 to 48 hours before the opening of the registration phase. In addition, to facilitate the logistics and to increase the metro participation, guests choosing metro departure points will have their table included directly on the site. These guests will only need to bring chairs, dishes, tablecloth, utensils, decorations, etc…
