Bachelorette season in Montreal – It’s that time of the year … now that winter is (finally) over in Montreal, we can say “hello” to happier times: bachelorette season! If any of your good friends is getting married this summer and you want to help organize the fun part, here are few suggestions on where to throw the perfect bachelorette party in the city.
- Start the day off right : power workout and brunch
Because we all know you will probably end up going to bed late and party until dawn, why not start the bachelorette celebrations on a healthier note? Enso Yoga, on Peel, is the perfect workout studio for all fashionistas and also a hotspot for women seeking an intense and detoxifying workout. The studio offers private hot barre sessions – their signature class- a mix of ballet, pilates, yoga and intense sweat. The studio offers showers, lockers, hairdryers and everything else you need to get ready and start the day! After the class, enjoy breakfast right downstairs at Café Vasco da Gama. You will deserve it.
- Pamper up in the afternoon
What a girl really wants for her bachelorette is to get pampered up. Wonderblush is the perfect place to take the girls out : an instagram-worthy decor, a professional and friendly team of hairdressers and makeup artists and a cute coffee counter. If you want, you can also hire a catering service to eat and drink while you all get your hair and make up done. Wonderblush often partners up with 3Soeurs caterer, a family-owned company that offers vegan, gluten-free and home-made bites.
- VIP Evening : limousine & champagne
Who says bachelorette says two things: limousine and champagne. Why not get around town in a limo ? If you don’t do it at your bachelorette party, then when else are you going to ? It’s not as expensive and we might think, for an hour or so, you can expect to pay around 100$, and if you are 8 girls, then it becomes interesting … and so much fun!
Also, for the champagne part, the place to be is : La Champagnerie, the first and only Champagne Bar of Montreal, who offers one of the longest lists of “bubbly” private imports, for all tastes and budgets. Good to know : La Champagnerie was so busy with bachelorette parties that they decided to offer a “bachelorette” package which includes: a sharing-style menu for the table, a polaroid, games, photo props and the option to open your own bottles of Champagne with the traditional method.
- Pajama party in style
What is the perfect ending to an already perfect day ? A pajama party in a trendy hotel. And, while you are there, get into your cutest pajamas – the company who recently partnered up with Maripier Morin, Blush Lingerie offers very cute sets, by the way – and head to the very-stylish W Montreal that recently renovated their restaurant, bars and… suites, just in time for bachelorette season. Coincidence? We think not.
