Sparkling wine

Marcel Cabelier Crémant du Jura Brut 2012 SAQ # 13295047 $21.80

The sparkling wines of Jura always fascinate me. They are always so original. This sparkling brings to mind aromas of grilled hazelnuts, roasted herbs and macadamia nuts. It is fresh tasting and smooth with complex tasting notes that bring to mind tahini and baked apple character. Pair it with oysters or even a baked brie with dry fruits.
