Months of Turcot work forces closures on Decarie

Turcot work forces closures on Decarie – And now it gets worse. Months of work to rebuild a segment of HWY15 for the Turcot Interchange will effect exits, entrances and lanes – and will long-term force partial closures on the Decarie Expressway starting July 9th 2018. Some of the work is expected to last well into Fall 2018. Severe traffic congestion is to be expected in the HWY 15 area. Here is some of what you should know for now other updates will follow:

– Closure of the HWY 15 entrance northbound from Sherbrooke St. until September 2018. *Detour via the next entrance at Edouard-Montpetit Blvd.

– Closure of Exit 64 (Rte138 / Sherbrooke St.) of HWY 15 North until late October 2018

Detour via exit No. 66 (Côte-Saint-Luc Rd / Queen-Mary).

– Partial closure of the Decarie Expressway with one of three lanes closed between the Turcot Interchange and NDG Tunnel until late November

*The Minister of Transport recommends that road users plan their trips and favour carpooling and public transit when possible.
