Santa Claus – Each year, Montreal is the host to a huge and popular Christmas parade, with Santa Claus, Christmas fairies and many more festive figures and new floats, including Le Petit Igloo and Les Toits de la Ville. The Santa Claus Parade will be held on November 18th 2017 and will begin at 11:00 a.m on Sainte Catherine between Du Fort and Saint-Urbain streets. This annual Santa Claus Parade is a wonderful way to celebrate “the beginning of the holiday season in downtown Montreal” with family and friends.
The Santa Claus Parade is a unique way to bring out your inner childhood memories and create some new ones with your own children. If you’re unable to attend the event, the Parade will be broadcasted on TVA and Yoopa on Sunday November 19th 2017 at 5:00 p.m. It will also be rebroadcasted on December 3rd at 1:30 p.m on TVA and on Saturday December 23rd at 8:15 p.m on Yoopa.
The annual Christmas Parade is a fantastic way to support “development, improvement and the promotion of downtown Montreal”. The event will be the host to more than 20 different floats, a wide range of artists, dancers, street performers and singers.
