Self-care looks different for everyone, some people enjoy doing sport, others like having a coffee with a good friend. No matter what your time for yourself looks like, it is crucial to find some time to do it. If you haven’t figured out what you like to do to wind down, this event might just be perfect for you.
The Paramita of Montreal, a buddhist meditation centre, is offering a FREE outdoor meditation class guided by the buddhist monk, Jason Simard . Not only will you be practising meditation, he will also give your tools during your meditation to guide you into the right direction. These classes are open to anyone, whether you are a beginner or not. The class will take place on Saturday June 23rd between 10:00 am and 11:30 am. To find the class, simply walk behind the statue at the foot of the Mont-Royal. In case of rain, the class will be moved to their centre. For more information about the event, click here.
