The wall of recognition honouring major donors to the Building Futures Capital Campaign was unveiled today at John Abbott College in the Atrium of the new Anne-Marie Edward Science building.
“I feel that the entire community is with us, sharing our success” said Ms. Ginette Sheehy, Director General of the College and President of the Foundation. She went on to state that: “by making a difference in the life of a student, it is an investment in the future of the entire community.”
Supporters at the 5 à 7 included alumni, employees of the College, and members of the Montreal business community including Mr Yannick Laviolette, Chair of the John Abbott College Foundation, Madame Louise R. Trottier, of the Trottier Family Foundation, Mr David McAusland, Partner, McCarthy-Tétrault, Mr Martin Brunelle, Vice-president Strategy and Development Division, Greater Montreal – Desjardins Group, and Madame Louise Arsenault, Director, Technical Services at Pfizer Canada’s manufacturing plant in Ville St-Laurent.
