Mont Tremblant summer full of activities – With its lovely mountains, lakes and forests, Tremblant’s natural habitat is exceptional. In this unique environment, a wide reaching cultural program sits centre stage all summer long. Nothing beats watching the sun rise over the mountain, taking in a string of fun daytime activities and later, heading to the lively pedestrian village where countless events and shows take place in the great outdoors.
Tonga Lumina – June 8 to October 14. Once again, nature itself sets the stage for a singular Moment Factory creation on an illuminated immersive, interactive night walk that begins with a ride up the Flying Mile lift. At mid-station, the trail skips into the forest and wraps up in the pedestrian village. Spectators are plunged into an audio-visual universe that showcases the mountain’s natural elements, and draws its inspiration from local history and legends.
Lolë White Tour – June 16. In its 3rd edition, the event attracts hundreds of yogis dressed in white. Guided by reputed instructors, this intimate session dedicated to inner peace plays out to the mesmerizing music of harpist M’Michèle and ends with a show by Geoffroy, on Place Saint-Bernard.
Canada Day Celebrations – June 30 to July 1. Family fun, flag raising ceremony, cake and fireworks are all part of the party, for the enjoyment of tall and small. All weekend long, take in live shows in the pedestrian village, including performances by Carter & The Boomers on Saturday June 30, and Matt Laurent & Lucky Uke on Sunday July 1.
Intimate Concerts & Fall Concerts – July 3 to August 30 & September 22 to October 14. Promenade Deslauriers’ natural amphitheatre and Place Saint-Bernard’s busy beat are perfect for hosting a string of assorted up-close-and-personal shows. Among the artists performing are Lili-Ann & Sébastien De Francesco, Pascal Dufour and Jean-François Prud’homme.
25th Tremblant International Blues Festival – July 6 to 15. Over 100 free shows presented in the heart of the pedestrian village. Headliners are Elvin Bishop, Eric Bibb, Beth Hart, Robert Randolph & the Family Band and Shemekia Copeland. A new Family Zone hosted by Stella & Alexy ‒ two teens who grew up with the Festival ‒ proposes interactive activities every morning, plus a gospel workshop and a rhythm instrument design workshop.
15th Rythmes Tremblant – July 20 to 29. In addition to shows presented evenings as part of the event’s 10 days of music, renowned kids’ entertainers Mystéric, Kalimba, Baratanga and Nathalie Choquette are also poised to steal the show.
20th Fête de la musique de Tremblant with Angèle Dubeau – August 30 to September 3. Celebrating musical diversity with 30 or so free shows, this event spotlights reputed and emerging virtuosos alike. Music lovers of all ages should expect terrific surprises to mark the event’s 20th anniversary, including special shows for kids and their parents, on Place de la famille.
Country Culture – October 19 to 21. Country music stars celebrate with audiences as they wrap up the year in country music at the largest ever French-Canadian event, at Tremblant.
