The list of ingredients for skincare to be avoided in cosmetic products is not insignificant. It includes various silicones, acrylates, petrochemicals, alcohols, dyes, flaps, parabens. Any products containing these chemicals should be avoided and preference is given to a more natural alternative to them. Acne cream based on natural ingredients that are less harmful to the skin has become increasingly popular. Some of the most commonly used ingredients in cosmetology that help you deal with imperfections on your skin are retinoids tretinoin and retinol.

  • Stress directly affects acne.

After a serious quarrel or during the preparation of a large-scale project, skin condition often deteriorates. Scientists have proven that stressful situations directly affect the occurrence of acne. Stress causes a strong reaction in the body, leading to various inflammations. Adrenal glands give off many hormones known as androgens, which cause acne.
