Exercise is not only good for your overall health, but it can also help to boost your immune system. A moderate amount of exercise is the key, as too much can actually weaken your immune system.

Aim for 30 minutes of exercise most days of the week, and be sure to include a mix of aerobic activity and strength training. Regular exercise has many other benefits as well, such as reducing stress, improving sleep, and helping to control weight.
