Le Jack Sallon – For Le Jack Sallon 5th birthday, takes possession of Quartier Dix30’s Avenue des lumières! On Monday, July 16th, the street that the party begins near the Hotel Alt and the l’Étoile auditorium, with free activities for everyone!

To celebrate its five years of success at Quartier Dix30, Le Jack Sallon invites you to party street party! Starting at 5 pm, the kitchen brigade offers you a Tex-Mex BBQ featuring its specialties that have made its reputation throughout Quebec: chicken wings, spare ribs and pulled pork sandwich. A mechanical bull will be installed in front of the terrace of the resto-bar. There will also be a stage as well for the free show of the band This Side Up and the performance of the DJ Theo. From 10 PM, the party continues inside with the popular Dj Short Cut!

It was in August 2013 that the epic Jack Saloon Dix30 began on the South Shore. After an unprecedented success in Quebec City, the concept moved to Quartier Dix30. Since its opening,Le Jack Sallon Dix30 has become one of the favourite places to get people from the South Shore, Monteregie and Montreal.

The Jack Saloon’s popularity and winning recipe can be summed up in a few words: warm atmosphere, festive bar, premium food, classic rock music, live singers’ shows and live bands. Le Jack Sallon Dix30 has all the looks of a revisited pub, a restaurant bar and a club that, once the sun sets, vibrates to the sounds of the best music and a clientele who knows to party!

The Jack Saloon Dix30 is distinguished by its menu that is out of the ordinary, its cocktail menu and its festive vibe. Chef Dave “Struggle” Boudreau specializes in hardwood steaks, charcoal cooking and smoking. The menu is inspired by various influences from Texas, New Orleans, Mexico, Argentina, France and Quebec. He combines his own combinations of flavours, often unusual. The kitchen brigade presents its dishes in original bowls on roasted wood planks. The range of JS original and home-made cocktails harmonize with the menu’s flavours.

In September, the Jack Saloon will open a new address: in Laval, near Place Bell! After Quebec City, Trois-Rivières, Sainte-Foy, St-Georges-de-Beauce, and Quartier Dix30, it will be a 6th branch! All the details coming soon.
