It is definitely easier than getting A+ in a dissertation or research paper. What’s the secret? You just have to know how to approach the process of writing an essay properly. But why not to try doing it by yourself first? How? Let’s have a look.

How to Write an A+ Essay?

As we have already mentioned, the approach is very important. You can’t create a qualitative content if you can’t map out your time properly. Analyze the amount of work you have and the amount of time it requires. Then, think about how much time you can spend on this particular assignment and how fast you should work to finish it before the deadline. We understand that students are too busy to spend the recommended period of time on their assignments. So, think wisely how to divide time you have to finish your essay fast, but without losing the quality of it.

Here are a few tips and tricks that will help you to save some time on writing without you losing the highest mark.

A+ Essay Tips – Writing an Essay

Follow these tips to achieve better results in academic writing assignments in college and uni.

  • First of all, point out the amount of work you have to finish. If it is an essay, usually you don’t have as much work as with any other type of academic paper. So, it is better not to the assignment into several days or weeks. Try to finish it within four-five hours or one day at least.
  • Read the question of an essay properly. No matter how fantastically good the essay is. If it doesn’t answer the question asked, you are not going to get the highest grades. So, make sure you’ve understood the topic well before doing a plan. You have to address the question directly.
  • Work out a plan. An essay is represented by five blocks – an introduction, first point, second point, third point, and conclusion. Thus, it has to be written step-by-step accordingly to those five paragraphs. Don’t skip to the next paragraph if the previous one is not finished yet.
  • Don’t make all the paragraphs equal in their length. For example, the conclusion shouldn’t be as long as the argument paragraph. The same way is with the introduction. Make sure a body part contains more sentences than two other parts.
  • An introduction defines the whole paper. The first paragraph is written well if it draws the attention, introduces the topic, and provides a thesis statement. So, when the introduction is finished, check if it corresponds to those three main points. Let your readers know what exactly you’re going to talk about. If you have a scientific essay, it is really hard to create a poetically composed introduction. So, just provide information on what you’re going to discuss further.
  • Then, go the first, second, and third points, where you have to mention three different arguments or topic sentences and support them with the examples. Then, you have to explain why those examples support the arguments.
  • Don’t forget to insert transition sentences between each block. There should be something that ties together all parts of your essay. Don’t talk about one thing and then suddenly skip to another one. Don’t let your readers be confused. Prepare them for the next idea you’re going to present in the following paragraph.
  • A conclusion is going to be very similar to the first paragraph. It is like an introduction described in other words. Start this part with a reword thesis, which is the same thesis as in the first block, but explained in a different way by using different words. Then, provide your own idea or impression about how this topic can be discussed or studied in the future. The concluding part doesn’t have to be too long. Four-five sentences are enough.

Believe us, once you achieve a first-class result in writing an essay, it becomes easier to get another one in bigger and more significant projects in uni and college. So, stick to the recommendations above to get faster and better results. Write any essay on any topic like a pro.
