Montreal Zen Festival – Join us for this empowering and heart opening experience focusing on yoga, music and well-being., The 5th edition of the Montreal Zen Festival offers a varied program combining sacred songs, meditation sessions and workshops, from a perspective of spiritual quest. The event is organized by Lea Longo, a life coach and Montreal music artist specializing in devotional songs, including kirtans.
Montreal Yoga Music & Wellness Festival will be held at the Red Roof, in the heart of the Quartier des Spectacles (137 President-Kennedy Avenue, Montreal).
On the theme “Peace, Love and Union”, this 5th edition articulates its programming around the unity between the body, the soul and the spirit.

Festival-goers will be able to meet members of the yoga and wellness community, and Montreal Kirtan as well as talented musicians. If you are looking for ways to unwind, self-reflection, inner peace, happiness, the practice of kindness and compassion, as well as personal growth and self-awareness, do not miss this festival!
Meditation with Gm Brana, Yoga with Yogi Shabad (kundalini yoga) and Janick Leonard Sacred songs and Music with Karen St Laurent, Lea Longo and the festival’s special evening guest, Patrick Bernard (sacred chants and meditations).
Wellness workshops
The festival will also offer wellness workshops with spiritual therapist Marilyn Rossner and business coach Anita Evans. Local exhibitors will also present their products and services.
