Local Business – When it comes to veganism and inclusivity, Montreal shines in that domain. So many of the restaurants and cafes are vegan-friendly now and more and more vegan businesses are opening. However, we usually see veganism take over the food business and not so much anything else. This is not the case for these two barbers who have recently opened their vegan barber shop on Rachel street in the Plateau Mont-Royal. From non-leather chairs to cruelty-free products, this barber shop is like no other. Also for our readers of totimes.ca people in Toronto have a look at mens hair salon Toronto.

They have kept the typical barber shop biker style, but made it cruelty-free and vegan-friendly. I used to go here when I had short hair, and I must say, I had the best haircuts I have ever had. It’s a first-come first-serve basis and is open from 11:00 am until 7:00 pm and on Sundays opens at noon and closes at 5:00 pm. It is situated right by La Banquise, so you can get your stylish cruelty-free haircut and then head on over to grab a poutine (La Banquise have a vegan poutine, trust me, it’s good). I could not recommend this place more, the staff is so friendly, the prices are dead cheap and the decor of the place is spot on.
