MTLà TABLE is back for a 7th edition from Thursday, November 1 to Sunday, November 11, 2018. It’s a great opportunity to discover 150 restaurants that will be offering table d’hôte dinner menus at truly fantastic prices ($23, $33 or $43) as well as a $17 brunch in some restaurants. Because it is (unfortunately) not possible to try all 150 restaurants in 10 days, we compiled a list of restaurants you should try during MTLATABLE 2018 : because they recently open and it’s the perfect occasion to try them , or simply because their menu is truly interesting and offers great value. So, here it is ….
-
Asado
This brand-new restaurant, who recently replaced HVOR, is offering a new take on Latin-American cuisine, while chef Phil Tees (who didn’t leave the kitchen! fiouf ) is offering a menu based on the traditional barbecue and cooking in its purest form : on an open fire grill, and nothing else. Take advantage of MTLATABLE to sample their new menu while the restaurant is offering a 43$ table d’hôte menu for the occasion.

-
Pastel
This new restaurant has been the talk of the town since its recent opening in Old Montreal. Good thing it’s participating to MTLATABLE this year, because it will give the chance to many of us who didn’t already have the opportunity to try it. Offering a 43$ table d’hôte menu every night from Nov 1st-11th, you should book a table right now, if don’t want to miss out.

-
Blumenthal

-
Les Fillettes
This fairly new neighbourhood bistro offers a seasonal menu of dishes mainly prepared with local and fresh produce, from fish to wild game to vegetarian options. Interesting fact: for MTLATABLE, the place is offering two options: one evening table d’hôte menu at 33$ and one brunch menu at 17$

-
Roselys
The chic restaurant of the as-chic Fairmont Queen Elizabeth Hotel is offering an interesting table d’hôte menu at only 33$ every night during MTLATABLE. The great thing about this restaurant, other than its gorgeous and swanky decor, its the fact that it’s open 7 days/week. It is then perfect for dinner date on a Sunday or Monday.

-
Chez L’epicier 2.0
This Montreal classic, Chez L’Épicier, recently closed for a few months to get a complete makeover. It is now offering two distinct experiences and atmospheres : the “bar section” and the “dining section”. Why not take advantage of MTLATABLE to rediscover the 2.0 version of this renown restaurant by chef Laurent Godbout ? A special 43$ table d’hôte menu will be served every night from November 1st to 11th.
