The team that brought you the Royalmount Drive In Event Theatre is bringing Montrealers another new venue to once again bring the city a place to safely gather, celebrate and host events of all kinds. And this time there will be no cars involved! This new, convertible open air venue will once again be located in the heart of Montreal and will be named Jardin Royalmount aka Jardinmtl. There has been no resting on their laurels for Adam Bultz of C3 Events and Lorne Levitt of Total Events, who, with a combined 35 years of experience between them, have been conceiving of this space since they saw the deep need for a proper venue to host Montrealers last summer and fall.
Located in Midtown, at the corner of Royden and Royalmount, a block from the site of last year’s drive-in theatre, Jardin Royalmount is 10 minutes from Laval, the West Island, and downtown Montreal. The brand new event theatre is Montreal’s only 19,000 square foot event garden and theatre with an adjacent 8,000 square foot covered pavilion, featuring walls that open to the elements and 21-foot vaulted ceilings. Jardin Royalmount is large enough to host hundreds of people in a safe and socially distant way in both its indoor and outdoor configurations.
The venue was purposefully named the “Jardin” as the experience features a lush garden oasis, meticulously styled and designed with versatility in mind, by expert designers at MEF.
The site can flex to accommodate the guidelines and rules of the provincial and municipal governments, which will change as the seasons progress, sometimes weekly or even daily, as we’ve often seen in this past year.
Completely customizable, the venue can safely hold weddings, private events, corporate events and meetings, product launches, concerts, movie nights and charity galas through late fall 2021, with a return in summer 2022. Large parking lots are located across the street and full cocktail and catering services are available.
As anyone who attended one of the 110 events last summer can attest, the Jardin Royalmount experience will be top of the line, safe and comfortable,with COVID agents onsite to ensure all protocols are met. Staff at the Drive-in Event Theatre were the best in the business, well-trained and able to keep guests both safe and well-informed of all the site’s features.
