The Expedition gives guests the opportunity to travel to Churchill, Manitoba, and back in a single day to witness the annual polar migration in the region. Montreal 1-Day Polar Bear Expedition Includes:

  • Non-stop roundtrip flight on a private chartered Boeing 737 
  • Guided tour in a Tundra Buggy
  • Breakfast in-flight, Lunch during the tour and Dinner in Churchill prior to boarding the aircraft
  • Time is allotted at the conclusion of the tour for souvenir shopping in Churchill.
  • Special guests include a Guest Artist and Guest Scientist aboard the Expedition

Your Expedition Itinerary will be provided via email

Your Expedition Itinerary email will be sent approximately 30 days prior to your departure date, and include specific directions regarding executive terminal parking locations and check-in times. Exact timing will be clearly indicated on your Expedition Itinerary email, but in general, the timing of your Expedition day will be as follows: 

6:30am:  Depart in our private chartered airliner 

Breakfast during the flight

9:30 am: Land in Churchill 

Transportation to the Tundra Buggy departure point

Guided tour aboard a Tundra Buggy 

Lunch provided during the tour

5:00 pm: Tundra Buggy tour complete

Transportation into Churchill for souvenir shopping 

7:00 pm: Expedition Banquet dinner

9:30 pm:  Board private charter flight home
