The Montreal MURAL Festival team is proud to announce the Festival’s return for an 11th edition, which will take place from June 8 to 18, 2023!

To get you back in the mood for the Festival, watch this video recap of the 2022 edition covering the artistic works produced, the wild show nights, the innovative creative projects and much more!

While the full programming is yet to be unveiled, we’d like to give you a taste of the Festival’s colours by introducing Egle Zvirblyte, the Lithuanian artist who, on top of creating the brand identity for this 11th edition, will also produce a mural and several installations during the event. 

This year, MURAL has entrusted the Nouvelle Idée agency with the strategic support, design and management of its digital campaigns. The agency’s mandate is to adapt the artist’s vision to a multitude of communication media that will live in both the digital and the physical world, allowing the public to come and experience the art.

MURAL is a nonprofit organization based in Montreal, whose mission is to make street art more accessible. It produces the MURAL Festival, a public art festival that takes place alongside Montreal’s Saint-Laurent Boulevard every year in June. The festival features large murals, musical shows, digital installations, and technology-centric exhibitions. MURAL also produces works and special events throughout the year, both in Montreal and other areas of Quebec. MURAL is celebrated as a key player in the promotion of urban art in all its shapes and forms and has been awarded multiple prizes, among which the Grand Prix du tourisme de Montréal (2014, 2016, 2019), the Prix Idea (2021), the Grand Prix du design (2022), and the Sponsorship Marketing Award (2022).
