5 poutines to try during #PoutineWeek

La Poutine Week 2019 edition is taking place next week (as of February 1st) !

Every year, from February 1-7, restaurants from different cities across Canada make special poutines just for La Poutine Week. Poutine lovers all over get a chance to discover these delicious creations and vote for their favourites ! Since there are more than an hundred participating restaurants in and around Montreal, here is a list of 5 poutines to try during this year’s edition of La Poutine Week. 

 

– Roselys Sportine Poutine

“Dessert” poutine made of: french fries crispy croissant dough, panna cotta and marshmallows, vanilla, raspberry coulis and blond caramel.

 

– Campo Chicken Stew Poutine 

Chicken Stew with peas and chorizo, cheese grains, Sao Jorge cheese and homemade fries.

– Birdbar Ultimate Poutine

Togarashi spices fries, cheese curds, fried chicken karaage style, yangnyeom sauce & mayo with wasabi, sesame seeds and green onions.

– Taverne F Portuguese Poutine

Portuguese chicken, grilled chorizo, homemade fries, cheeses and Taverne F famous red wine sauce and sherry vinegar.
