The first doctor to ever play in the Super Bowl is from Quebec. Six-foot-five, 320 pound offensive lineman Laurent Duvernay-Tardif from Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Quebec played in yesterday’s 54th Super Bowl for the Kansas City Chiefs.

In an interview after the game Duvernay-Tardif said, “Its incredible I’m a Super Bowl Champion!”
Laurent Duvernay-Tardif played for the McGill Redman and was drafted by the NFL 200th over all in the 2014 draft.
The Kansas City Chefs beat the San Francisco 49ers 31 – 20 making them the 54th Super Bowl Champions.
