Top 3-point NBA shooters – As one of the quickest and most athletic sports in the world, basketball is full of hair-raising plays and incredible skill. The NBA is undoubtedly the home of the best plays we see in basketball, however when it comes to top odds and bonuses, the William Hill US platform is where it’s at.
Now is the perfect time to check out offers tailored to the NBA, and through the lottery bonus code, you may get even more than you bargained for! With this in mind, there is one specific topic we wanted to look at in detail through this short piece – the best 3-point shooters in the NBA.
There are some guys in this league that just seem to be able to drain shots from anywhere on the court, and we’ve put together our list of the best right here.
Wizards of 3-point plays
- James Harden

A pretty severe beard isn’t all that James Harden is known for! This season he has drained the most 3-point shots of anybody else in the NBA, with 271 shots made so far. This puts him at an average of more than 4 per game, given that he’s taken part in 61 games for the 2019/2020 NBA season. If we face facts, Harden is almost on a par with the skill and talent of other major 3-point shooters such as Steph Curry.
He’s an incredible talent and just seems to keep his cool even under the enormous pressure he is constantly under. We have no doubt that the Houston Rockets just wouldn’t be the success that they clearly are without this guy, so well done James Harden!

- George Hill
This list just would not be complete without including George Hill of the Milwaukee Bucks. He may not have as many points as James Harden does, but he is an absolutely lethal shot from outside of the D. His shooting percentage for the season so far is 48%, which is just absolutely incredible. He has almost single-handedly won a vast number of games for the Bucks this season, and we are sure that he is an absolutely crucial part of the team.
George Hill isn’t one of the biggest guys in the NBA, but he’s still 6ft 3 inches and almost 190lbs. This makes him more agile than some of the other guys and he’s able to create the space required to throw down his 3-point shots.

- Seth Curry
Not to be confused with Steph Curry – Seth Curry is just behind George Hill in terms of his shooting percentage. He is currently shooting at 45.3% for the Dallas Mavericks, which is some pretty serious form indeed. Much like George Hill, he’s slightly smaller than a lot of major NBA players, so he’s quick and agile around the court.
Curry has actually posted almost 800 individual points for the Mavericks this season, which also has hip nipping at the heels of James Harden. There’s still more to go for this season, so we can’t wait to see the final standings.
