How do you feel Festivals no longer banned in Quebec up to 250 people?

The Quebec government is now allowing festivals to start in the province of Quebec. It was announced that festivals are no longer banned in Quebec as long as the festival will be be no more than 250 people.

The green light has been given on all festivals indoor or outdoor that will not exceed the 250 people rule and the festivals must adhere to all public health guidelines.

Organizers of the festivals will be responsible to maintain crown control at all times. The organizers also must make sure people will be maintaining social distancing of two metres between each other.

Not many festivals have announced they will be opening as of yet.
