Summer’s here, bringing new attractions, festivals and immersive experiences to the Old Port of Montréal
MONTREAL, May 26, 2026 — After an exciting Grand Prix weekend that saw jam-packed events such as immersive racing experiences, luxury car showcases, and Formula 1 demonstrations take over the waterfront, the Old Port of Montréal is keeping the momentum going with a packed summer lineup of festivals, attractions, and family-friendly entertainment along the shores of the St. Lawrence River.
Techno Performances
Music fans can look forward to Unfaced Open Air on June 13 and 14, featuring a night of techno performances from artists including Vladimir Cauchemar and Vald. The early summer stretch also includes the Hotwheelz Festival on July 1, bringing together classic cars and a lively music scene.
Black Mirror© Experience and Kaboom Bumper Cars

Among the season’s standout attractions is Infinity Experiences’ Black Mirror© Experience, a futuristic and interactive adventure that invites visitors to create their own digital double using advanced artificial intelligence technology. The experience offers a thought-provoking look at identity and technology in a way designed to leave a lasting impression. Also new this season are Kaboom bumper cars, which will operate at the Bonsecours Pavilion from May through September.
Signs of Life at the Montréal Science Centre

The Montréal Science Centre is also introducing a brand-new exhibition called Signs of Life, which explores some of the biggest questions surrounding life in the Universe. Through interactive displays, scientific exhibits, and space exploration content, visitors will even have the rare opportunity to touch a real moon rock. The Science Centre continues to offer a broad family-friendly experience that combines entertainment, education, and hands-on discovery under one roof.
Festivals Galore!

Festival season at the Old Port will once again feature a diverse culinary and cultural lineup throughout the summer. Events include the Indian Food Festival & Holi on June 27 and 28, A Taste of the Caribbean from July 9 to 12, the Streetfood Festival from July 16 to 19, and The Grand Poutinefest running from July 22 through August 2. Additional highlights include the Afromonde Festival from August 7 to 9, Taco Fest Montréal from September 5 to 7, and Jackalope Montréal from September 11 to 13.
Land, Air and Seaway — Old Port Signature Attractions

Visitors can also enjoy many of the Old Port’s signature attractions throughout the summer season. The Grande Roue de Montréal offers panoramic city views, while Bateau-Mouche Montréal provides scenic river cruises.

Adventure seekers can explore SOS Labyrinthe, soar through the air at Voiles en Voiles, or experience adrenaline-filled attractions such as Montréal Bungee, MTL Zipline, and Saute-Moutons.

Those looking to relax can unwind at Bota Bota, spa-sur-l’eau, while families and casual visitors may enjoy Mini-Golf Montréal or Le Bateau Fantôme by Navark.

Cirque du Soleil
Adding to the summer entertainment lineup, Cirque du Soleil returns to the Old Port with its acclaimed production ECHO, running through August 16.
The Old Port of Montréal, a division of the Canada Lands Company, has served as one of the city’s leading recreational and tourism destinations for more than 25 years.
