Turcot Interchange – New Highway and Ramps Open Tuesday September 4th

Turcot Interchange – It’s been a long, frustrating time for drivers and although the Turcot Interchange is only scheduled to be fully completed for some time in 2020 – a major part of the work has been done and a new configuration will be opening on Tuesday September 4th, just in time for the increase in traffic that comes right after the Labour Day weekend.

Drivers who might be unaware of the new openings might fight themselves confused at first, after getting used to a different way around the Turcot – and hopefully there will be proper signage in place to guide them.
Here is what you need to know:
OPEN TUESDAY MORNING

– Heading North on HWY 15 (Just North of the Lachine Canal) the new highway will be open.

– New ramps to the 20 WEST and 15 NORTH will also be open.

It will be a relief for most people and a sign that an end to all the work is in sight – but there is still much to be done.
