The Voice Arts® Awards is a global competition celebrating some of the world’s most brilliant media where the voice is a key creative element. For Rousse, the nominations are coming at the height of her career, I am casting and recording more and more animated shows as well as videogames from around the world. I enjoy working on many different projects; each challenge of finding the star voice or the perfect talent for a given movie still gives me a thrill. And I adore being in LA with my peers and gifted voice actors.

Along with running a busy casting agency, the ever-on-the-go Rousse is a published author and is also working on a master-class acting book and video for 2020, a YouTube casting vlog, and a celebratory event for the 20th anniversary of Total Casting. I have always worked in this field and love my job; I am grateful to be the entrepreneur I always wanted to be. Being active is my passion. Creative by nature, she is also working on an invention.
