This eagerly awaited gathering is produced by the team Dîner en Blanc International, a Montreal-based company that organizes dinners all over the world. “The location is simply sublime!” said mysteriously Sandy Safi, director of Dîner en Blanc Montreal and owner of the brand and Dîner en Blanc International. “It’s an invitation to experience a moment of beauty, conviviality and magic – guests will travel – without jet lag – to a destination rich in emotions.”
The theme, Blooming Elegance, marks this edition and will be deployed in fashion, decor and atmosphere in a sensational way by the guests, whose creativity amazes us year after year!
Fashion and Signature Creations
To celebrate the theme of Elegance in Bloom, Dîner en Blanc Montréal called upon an internationally renowned designer to imagine its muse for the 2025 edition. Fashion journalist Lolitta Dandoy embodies this vision, wearing a spectacular floral creation by Stéphane Scotto Di Cesare, a hair artist known for his bold work and collaborations with Cirque du Soleil, Moment Factory and Toronto Fashion Week.
“I am very happy to be joining Dîner en Blanc Montréal for a second year… especially with its inspiring floral theme!” says Lolitta Dandoy. “For me, DEB is a must-attend event for anyone who loves gastronomy, fashion and those magical moments that remind us how lucky we are to live in Montreal!” This unique piece will also kick off the Floral Crown competition, which promises to encourage spectacular creations from guests.
Hairstyles and Wigs
The art of hairdressing has been passed down from generation to generation within the Scotto Di Cesare family since 1934. Born in Paris to an Italian father and a Spanish mother, Stéphane Scotto Di Cesare abandoned his studies in biochemistry to enroll at the Beaux-Arts. Evolving in the world of hairdressing, he has won international awards and accolades and worked with Revlon, Cirque du Soleil, Moment Factory, Toronto Fashion Week, Cirque Éloize, Rogers Cup, Musée Grevin, among others.
DJ: this year we are innovating with a woman on the decks
A prominent figure in Quebec and on the international scene, DJ Ève Salvail will host the evening with her refined and electrifying style. Already acclaimed by Chanel, Netflix, and Maserati, she promises an unforgettable atmosphere for this 15th edition.
Chefs

Guests can reserve their meal baskets online. This year, the menus are created by Laurent Godbout, founder of Chez L’Épicier and former representative of Canada at the Bocuse d’Or, who offers a refined and festive meal, and Christian Ventura, renowned vegan chef (Sushi Momo, Komomo, Casa Kaizen), with two exclusive plant-based menus in harmony with the floral theme: Éveil Végétal (vegan) and Ligne Blanche (vegan and gluten-free).
Delicacies
While Dîner en Blanc Montréal has always been an event where guests bring their own wine or champagne, this 15th edition will make a delicious exception. Chambord, the royal raspberry liqueur, will be joining the party and promises to elevate the experience to an even more refined level. On the menu: Chambord Kir Royal, Chambord Spritz with wine, and Lemon Spritz with sparkling lemonade—three elegant creations embellished with a poetic touch of edible flowers as a gourmet nod to the Elegance in bloom theme. A floral and gustatory activation that promises to seduce all the senses.
Flowers and photos
To highlight the floral theme of this 15th edition, Montreal florist Charlotte Lefebvre, known for her poetic, modern and sculptural approach to floral art, presents flower-covered swings and a photo booth.
