Over 1200 Quebecers test positive COVID-19 in last 24 hours – highest number yet

In the last 24 hours the province of Quebec has yet again broken another record Quebecers that test positive with COVID-19. This Saturday 1,279 more Quebecers have tested positive with COVID-19.

The record that was broken was on October 2nd with 1,161 people that test positive with COVID-19. The Quebec officials have also released that six more people have died since Friday due to the COVID-19 virus.

Quebec is almost reaching a total number of 100,000 cases since the start of the pandemic earlier this year. The number stands at 92,297 cases of COVID-19 to date. Also since the start of the pandemic 6.032 people have died to date in Quebec.

  • Monteregie 658
  • Laurentians 291
  • Montreal 3,507
  • Saquenay-Lac-Saint-Jean 29
  • Chaudiere-Appalaches 43
