Laval’s Grand PoutineFest as you stay in your car

This weekend is the first edition of Laval’s Grand PoutineFest from September 10 to September 13, held at the Centre Laval parking lot (along Highway 15).

Enjoying the festivities in the comfort of your car

The event’s car route ensured that all poutine lovers will be entertained from start to finish. Following one another, they will be able to:

  • Make their shoulders dance to the rhythm of DJ Kleancut while tuning on Poutine FM
  • Work up their appetite by checking the menu on a smartphone using the QR code to be photographed on posters or by visiting the Facebook page of the event
  • Enjoy the performances of circus athletes
  • Give their order, wait and… EAT!

Sanitary measures for Laval’s Grand PoutineFest

Under no circumstances customers will be allowed to leave their cars – the PoutineFest employees will pick up their order from the different food trucks and deliver it to their window. All employees will wear masks and visors and waterless disinfectant soap stations will be at their disposal. Payments will be made by debit and credit card, and the electronic payment terminal will be attached to a stick to keep a distance between the customer and the employees. The menu will be available by QR code and will be displayed in the order taking section. No washrooms will be available to customers and it will be forbidden to park on site to eat.
