District Griffin sur Peel includes more than 110,000 sq ft of commercial space, much anticipated by not just the future condo occupants but the entire population of Griffintown, who will be able to take advantage of these new services. Locals will now have a Metro grocery store, a Brunet pharmacy, TD and National Bank branches, a SAQ, a Winners and a Sesame Asian restaurant.

This new phase of the project will include two 15-storey towers holding a total of 312 condominium units, 30 of which will be “Certified Genius”- 360 square feet of living space custom designed and furnished to maximize comfort and adaptability.

The condos at District Griffin sur Peel will have spectacular windows offering stunning views of the downtown skyline and of a 33,000 sq ft garden on the roof of the retail space. Residents will have access to a spa, a fitness centre, an urban chalet complete with fireplace and a patio for grilling.

Delivery of the first tower is slated for autumn 2015.

The Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ is a partner in this project.

The entire four-phase District Griffin project represents an investment of $850 million.
