Villeray welcomes a new real estate development project

The residential neighbourhood of Villeray will soon welcome a brand new residential project to be launched November 18th. Giantonio is a residential condominium project of 16 doors, 15 two-bedroom
apartments, 8 penthouse units with 17 feet clear height ceilings on two levels, underground parking and  2 commercial units on the ground floor.

The Villeray district is booming

The project will be ready next summer and wants to provide a modern lifestyle – inspiring, smart and sustainable to its residents. Giantonio development part of an effervescence movement in the heart of the Villeray district, at the intersection of Saint-Hubert/Castelnau. This is a prime location, close to the Jean-Talon subway station and near Jarry Park, Jean-Talon Market and Little Italy. The residences are going to be ready just in time for the relaunch of the revamped Plaza Saint-Hubert that will be at walking distance.

Giantonio is the surname of the Italian master tailor that has worked in this building for more than 50 years. The rental condos were designed in the same spirit of high-quality, tailor-made units.
