COVID-19 appointments required at Jewish General Hospital test centre

COVID-19 appointments required

In order to improve services to our patients, the Jewish General Hospital (JGH) is introducing a new online booking system for its Test Centre. This applies to a blood test or any other type of specimen collection.

The Clic Sante platform, http://clicsante.ca/CCO/HGJ, is ready to use today. The first available online appointments will be on August 31.

Until August 28, all patients of the JGH Test Centre must continue to enter through the hospital’s main entrance at 3755 Côte-Sainte-Catherine Road, where they will receive an appointment ticket (space is limited).

As of August 31, appointments will be mandatory. Walk-ins will no longer be permitted. Appointments must be booked using the Clic Sante system (http://clicsante.ca/CCO/HGJ).

There is no guarantee of getting an appointment on the same day. If an appointment cannot be booked online, call 514-934-8228, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (excluding statutory holidays).

The Test Centre is open Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and is closed on weekends and holidays.

Given the COVID-19 pandemic, we are confident that this convenient system will safeguard the well-being of patients, staff and visitors by ensuring social distancing protocols are respected.

Test Centres in our CLSCs are also using the Clic Sante online appointment system. To consult a list of Test Centres on CIUSSS West-Central Montreal territory, visit ciussswestcentral.ca/testcentres.

This does not affect CIUSSS West-Central Montreal’s COVID-19 Testing Clinics, which remain walk-in clinics.
