The Bivouac restaurant, located in the heart of the Quartier des Spectacles, will open its winter terrace on January 12 with the Refuges du Bivouac experience. For the occasion, guests will be installed under huge heated domes to experience an evening under the theme of boreal gastronomy!
They will then discover a whole new world to explore in terms of tastes and sensations with an experiential menu. As much for a romantic evening as a couple or for a fun evening with friends, the two formats of Refuges for 2 or 8 people will know how to mark the imagination. Take advantage of winter and have a front row seat at Place des Arts with an experience at the Refuges du Bivouac, available 7 nights a week until the end of April 2023.
Le Bivouac will offer a comforting menu with seasonal ingredients composed by Xavier Dahan, chef of the Bivouac restaurant and executive chef of the DoubleTree hotel by Hilton Montreal. Diversified in terms of flavours and products, the Refuges menu will delight the taste buds of each guest. It is in a warm atmosphere that the guests will be able to taste a Quebec menu at a cost of $150 + taxes, including an up-to-date appetizer accompanied by a glass of Pommery champagne, a hot soup, a cold starter , a Norman hole, a comforting main dish served in a casserole and to conclude the experience, a unique dessert that will warm your gourmet soul.
The Bivouac restaurant offers two sittings per night
Monday to Sunday: 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
