In addition to many on-mountain updates as part its recent $17M investment, Tremblant’s refreshed offer also includes major renovations to la Tour des Voyageurs I hotel complex, a new virtual reality center as well as a new LGBTQ ski and snowboard event. All this plus the MON Tremblant Program and the FIS Freestyle World Cup that are back again this year. Here’s a quick preview of what skiers and riders should expect in January:

An Updated Tour des Voyageurs I

Owing to a 3.7 million dollar investment, since December the hotel complex located by the resort entrance now offers renovated guest rooms and common areas.

Virtual Reality Tremblant

State-of-the-art technology allows participants age 6+ to discover a virtual reality world of extraordinary, fun-filled and thrilling experiences. Loads of excitement, guaranteed at this new shop located in the pedestrian village!

January 9 to 31 â€’ MON Tremblant Program

Tremblant welcomes over a thousand students from the region’s seven elementary schools to take part in this program that makes the mountain and winter slide sports more accessible to everyone. Kids enjoy a free day of skiing, complete with gear and a lesson.

January 26-27 – FIS Freestyle Ski World Cup

In addition to incredible feats performed by the world’s top skiers and a chance to meet them afterwards at photo and autograph-signing sessions, visitors can try mogul skiing on a safe course designed for skiers of all ages and skill levels, January 27.

January 31 to February 3  – ELEVATION Tremblant

By welcoming this new LGBTQ event, Tremblant becomes the 3rd host destination after Park City, Utah and Mammoth, California, making ELEVATION the largest series of events of its kind – world-wide! On the program of this first edition celebrating diversity: skiing and snowboarding, with après skis and evening activities featuring DJs from Los Angeles, London and Montreal!
