The Quebec government has delayed the opening of schools in the greater Montreal area until September.
All schools in the 82 municipalities that make up Montreal will be shut down until September except for essential service workers.
Montreal daycares may or may not open June 1, 2020.
The Quebec government has also said they are thinking of postponing the opening of retail which was scheduled yo open May 25, 2020.
