Burly Boys opens mid-March operating as a ghost kitchen out of the Lord William Pub. Burly Boys sandwiches and quinoa bowls turn fresh locally-sourced ingredients into flavour-loaded fast casual eats inspired by worldly flavours.

From the “A Lo Cubano” to their Spicy Italian Sausage and Burly Banh-Mi, Burly Boys aims to keep your taste buds travelling without ever leaving the city. They even have a vegan offering featuring cashew vegan cheese, roasted eggplant, pico de gallo, pickled jalapenos and guacamole. Guests can choose to enjoy the toppings on ciabatta bread or on a bed of quinoa and spinach salad.
“We wanted to create a more COVID 19-friendly concept by offering healthier fast casual options that are still loaded with flavour.” Says co-owner Joe Pilotte. “We are excited to launch this concept and are in negotiations to have a brick and mortar version of the concept up and running by late spring/early summer.”

Pilotte is joined on this project by chef Rodrigo Marholz and front of house manager Jeff Brohman, both are partners from Lord William Pub. Lord William Pub opened in 2015 in the heart of Griffintown, located in the historic Caledonian Iron Works Co. building.
Burly Boys will operate Wednesday through Saturday. Their full menu and link to order can be found on their website www.burlyboysmtl.com or check out their Facebook and Instagram pages @burlyboysmtl.
