The electric scooter sharing service aims to begin operations this spring in Montreal. In order to raise awareness of best practices related to this new mode of transportation, Destination Centre-Ville will organize four days of testing and information on the rules of good scooter conduct to promote safety downtown.
Free and open to all, these information days will be held downtown during the week of April 15 to 18. The public will be able to obtain more information on the upcoming service but also ride the scooters on a demo track supervised by a team of professionals. Helmets will be freely available to the public.
The four days of testing and information will be held at the following addresses:
- Monday, April 15th – 12pm to 6pm: near the Complex Desjardins, corner of Rene-Levesque and
- Jeanne Mance.
- Tuesday, April 16 Р12pm to 6pm: in the entrance hall of 1000 De La Gaucheti̬re.
- Wednesday, April 17 – 8am to 2pm: On the forecourt of 1250 Rene Levesque Boulevard West.
- Thursday 18th April – 8am to 2pm: On the forecourt of 1360 Rene Levesque Boulevard West.
