COVID-19 vaccine arriving in Canada tonight

Pfizer-BioNTech’s COVID-19 vaccine has been packed and shipped off to Canada with UPS. The first vaccines will arrive Sunday night.

The first amount of COVID-19 vaccine is 30,000 doses. The vaccine will be distributed on a per-capita basis through Canada’s provinces excluding the territories.

Canada’s provinces will then administer the vaccine to front-line health-care workers and long-term care residents.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said, “Canada can expect to receive six million vaccines by the end of March 2021.
