Osheaga 2021 announces headliners – Cardi B, Post Malone and more

Osheaga 2021 announces headliners

OSHEAGA Music and Arts Festival 2021 presented by Bell Alt TV in collaboration with Coors Light returns stronger than ever to celebrate its 15th edition! They are aware that we are heading into uncertain times, and they have been working relentlessly behind the scenes to create the ideal circumstances for OSHEAGA to move ahead without a hitch. Of course, they will follow all COVID-19 guidelines (as they evolve) and continue to update the status should anything change, but they need to plan for the future, because there IS a light at the end of the tunnel! OSHEAGA is all about spreading joy and fun in a secure environment for everyone to celebrate along with live performances by FOO FIGHTERS, CARDI B, POST MALONE and more!

15 Years! 15 years of rocking stages and lighting up the sky, 15 years of friendship and fleeting moments, 15 years of new discoveries and catching up with old favourites. We miss live music and they just can’t wait to bring it back to you as soon as circumstances allow. Welcome back to YOUR festival!

Festival goers will be thrilled to know that the Foo Fighters are booked as the headline act for the first night of the festival! Much to the sheer delight of fans who were already so excited about seeing the Foo’s at the festival last year, comes the news that they will be able to celebrate 25 years of searing rock anthems courtesy of the Foo Fighters this year at one of the most exciting festivals in the world! Dave Grohl and co. will celebrate times like these with a brand-new album in 2021 called Medicine at Midnight and an epic performance at OSHEAGA’S 15th anniversary!

Cardi B alert! The always-eccentric, ever-exciting superstar made history recently as the first artist ever to win Favorite Song in the Rap/Hip Hop category at the AMAs twice (this time for her mega smash collaboration with Megan Thee Stallion, WAP). Cardi has a knack for making history: in 2019 she won a Grammy for Best Rap Album, making her the only woman to win the award as a solo artist, as well as the first female rap artist in 15 years to be nominated for Album of the Year. 2020 has been good to Cardi, too – she will be named Woman of the Year at Billboard’s Women in Music event on Dec. 10, and she’ll be bringing the fresh attitude and good vibes to OSHEAGA 2021.

Post Malone has also had a stellar year, wrapping it up with 3 Grammy nods, including nominations for Album, Record, and Song of the year, and he’ll be celebrating in style at OSHEAGA! The hip-pop trap-rap crossover rockstar is always full of surprises, and as anyone who saw his online tribute to Nirvana this year can attest, Post Malone is an extremely talented performer who is as comfortable singing his signature hooks as he is letting it all out and owning the crowd with riffs galore! If his legendary 2018 performance at the festival or his sold-out Bell Centre show in Feb 2020 are any indication, his set at OSHEAGA 2021 will be a runaway hit!

In addition, OSHEAGA is offering a new way to pay! Early purchasers can opt into a payment plan with zero interest and zero service fees. Fans who purchase their tickets before January 15th, 2021 will be able to pay over the course of several months. More information available at osheaga.com.

The OSHEAGA family would like to extend a huge thank you to fans, numerous sponsors and public partners for their continuous support. One thing is certain, when we can all gather and celebrate together again, it is going to be unforgettable!

Fans are encouraged to stay in touch and follow OSHEAGA on social media. The festival team will keep you updated on all local COVID-19 news and protocols that may affect the festival experience.
