Happening Gourmand is back for a 13th edition (from January 16th to February 9th) at 10 participating Old Montreal restaurants. To help you choose Happening Gourmand at less than 25$ from all the reduced-priced table d’hôte offered at :  Brasserie 701, Bevo Bar + Pizzeria, Kyo Bar Japonais, Maggie Oakes, Mechant Boeuf, Modavie, Taverne Gaspar, Verses Bistro, Jacopo and Vieux-Port Steakhouse, we selected 5 menus for you to enjoy at less than 30$. Because we all need a little “pick me up” after the Holidays.

**Another interesting addition this year: the restaurants partnered up with Spa William Gray and Rainspa for a special promotion and Happening Gourmand brunch diners receive 25% off any spa treatment over 60 minutes.

Maggie Oakes Happy Hour Menu at 12$

New this year:Happening Gourmand added Happy Hour menus to their overall offer and the one offered at Maggie Oakes consists of : one drink (between a selection of cocktails and wine by the glass) and one snack for 12$.

Bevo Bar + Pizzeria Brunch Menu at 17$

The Happening Gourmand Brunch Menu at Bevo Pizzeria is interesting because we rarely think about this popular pizzeria for brunch ; so why not now? For 17$, receive a basket of fresh pastries and a choice of main (we are curious about the Pizza Stack served with nutella and maple syrup, yummy!).

You can add a brunch’s favourite, the bellini peach cocktail, for 12$ more.

The latest restaurant of the Antonopoulos group, Jacopo, has been a hit since its opening. Why not take advantage of Happening Gourmand to try their 29$ dinner menu ? That consists of your choice of antipasti, secondi and dolci (dessert) and the options are more than fair: squash risotto, pork tenderloin, grilled pork sausage…

The restaurant is also offering a special wine selection to accompany your meal.

The Happening Gourmand Dinner Menu at Taverne Gaspard consists of a 3-course casual “comfort food” table d’hôte with: your choice of appetizer, your choice of main (flat iron steak, grilled salmon, garlic snail gratin) and the dessert of your choice for only 25$.
