As Easter weekend approaches, we all have at least one or two extra days off to enjoy some down time and also a delicious brunch. Here are few options of Montreal brunch restaurants to discover.

Restaurant Modavie just launched their Weekend Jazz Lunches now available every Saturday & Sunday from 12:00pm. This will be the perfect place to celebrate the long weekend with family and friends while indulging in delicious food and listening to great live jazz music. Note: For the Easter Weekend Jazz Lunch, Modavie offers a special table d’hôte menu, featuring special dishes such as tagliatelle with grilled octopus, or smoked salmon & goat cheese sandwich.

Mechant Boeuf’s also launched new brunch concept: a Boozy 90’s-themed brunch.The boozy brunches special edition will kick off on April 27th and 28th with a tribute to the 90s and will feature all of the decade’s greatest hits. The theme-inspired brunch includes bottomless mimosas and a delicious variety of both sweet and savoury food, such as chicken and waffles, fluffy chocolate pancakes topped with berries and hot fudge.

Jiao Dim Sum Bar in Old Montreal recently started serving brunch on weekends. Offered on Saturday and Sundays from 12-4 PM, experience an Asian-inspired brunch menu that includes “breakfast banh mi”, general jiao & waffles and breakfast dumplings. They are also offering the bottomless mimosa option for an extra $25 per person.

Fiorellino Laurier  also recently started serving brunch on weekends. Since March, the casual Italian eatery offers brunch classics, like pancakes and omelettes, bacon and potatoes, including some Italian specialities, like Cecina, a gluten-free chickpea crepe served with a variety of toppings and a Panettone French toast.

Since the beginning of April, LOV Restaurants (Old Montreal, Downtown, Laval) are serving a new gourmet and colourful brunch menu that is 100% vegan. Offered on weekends only from 10 AM-3 PM, discover the new vegan brunch menu of LOV that includes chia pudding, bio omelettes, waffles and crepes, smoothies and cold-pressed juices. A healthy way to kick off the weekend right.
