Champlain Bridge lights up

This evening, the Samuel De Champlain Bridge will shine bright in Quebec’s colours from sunset to 1 a.m. to mark the Fête nationale du Quebec.

“On June 24, the Samuel De Champlain Bridge will be lit in the colours of the Quebec flag for the first time to mark the Fête nationale. The blue and white lighting of this majestic and modern bridge will honour the unique culture and heritage of Quebec. I want to take this opportunity to wish a happy Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day to all Quebecers and to all Francophones throughout the country who also celebrate this special holiday.” –The Honourable Catherine McKenna, Minister of Infrastructure and Communities
