DORVAL, Sept. 11, 2025 — The City of Dorval and ADM Aéroports de Montréal have reached an agreement in principle aimed at preserving the operation of Golf Dorval, located on the site of YUL Montréal–Trudeau International Airport.

This agreement provides for the negotiation of a 15-year lease, allowing the City of Dorval to continue operating the golf course while complying with safety standards and requirements specific to the airport environment.

“This agreement reflects our commitment to providing the community with large open spaces while maintaining access for Dorval golfers, with the assurance of responsible and safe management within an airport setting,” said Yves Beauchamp, President and CEO of ADM.

Dorval Mayor Marc Doret also welcomed the collaboration: “Golf Dorval is a place of gathering and relaxation for our community. This agreement allows us to ensure its long- term sustainability while respecting the needs of our neighbour, ADM.
