The ARTM (Autorite regionale de transport metropolitain) is allowing OPUS pass holders to temporarily suspend their subscriptions without any penalty during the Covid-19 pandemic. This applies to OPUS+, OPUS+ business, OPUS year-round as well as OPUS et cie subscribers – who are unable to use public transport at this time. Users who wish to cancel their subscription can do so up until April 13th 2020.
If you suspend your subscription and still have to use public transport, you will have to purchase a valid ticket. The various public transport companies are communicating directly with subscribers by email in order to direct them to the website where they can submit their request. They are strongly recommending users not to communicate directly with the customer service departments at this time. Payments already withdrawn in March for the April passes will be applied once the state of emergency is lifted and the withdrawal planned for April, applying to the May ticket, will be suspended. For more information you can go online.
