As a veteran hotelier serving as a General Manager for over 20 years, Mr. Kassatly brings a variety of experience opening and managing luxury hotels in Canada, USA, the Middle East, China & Southeast Asia. His deep understanding and knowledge of the hospitality industry has led to the successful management of some of the top hotels in the world, including four international hotel brands. Mr. Kassatly is committed to delivering excellent service, empowering associates, and enhancing the hotel’s connectivity to the community.
The Price family is pleased to have an internationally experienced manager at the helm of Auberge Saint-Antoine as Quebec slowly recovers from the pandemic. Mr. Kassatly’s leadership skills will be paramount in ensuring that the hotel emerges stronger than ever. The family warmly welcomes Mr. Kassatly and wishes him success.
For more than 20 years, Alex Kassatly has specialized in the opening and management of luxury hotels around the world as a General Manager. From 2001 to 2003, he successfully managed The Plaza Hotel in New York City, an iconic hotel situated on Fifth Avenue, followed by a four-year appointment at the Fairmont Château Frontenac in Quebec City from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, Alex has gained expertise managing esteemed properties in the Middle East and Asia such as the Grand Millennium in Dubai, the Raffles Hotels in Cambodia, and the Conrad in Beijing.
